Paleolithic Era 旧石器时代
Lantian Man
蓝田人

A stone cutter found at the site of Lantian Man 蓝田人 (Lántián rén) in Gongwangling 公王岭 (also spelt Kungwangling) is dated by the museum as being 1,150,000 years old. The dating is based on the stratum in which it was found as well as carbon dating techniques. It may not look like much, but tools like these allowed Homo erectus to travel all over the world and adapt to different conditions.
